Easy peasy cheap dinner idea!!!

When I lived at home and cooked for siblings 10 and 14 this was one of their favourite dinners I'd cook. It's easily adaptable and honestly will only take you a whole 10 minutes including prep and plating up!

Cheap easy and oh so DELICIOUS!

OneMumsJourney Bean Nachos (2-3 people)

1/3c Water
1pkt of French Onion Soup Mix
1 can of Oak Baked Beans in BBQ sauce
1t of Cumin Powder
1T Sweet Chilli Sauce
Nacho Chips
Cheese
Sour Cream

Place water and soup mix in a saucepan on med/high heat. Stir quickly until thickened. Once thickened turn temp down slightly and add baked beans, sauce and cumin. Stir until heated through. Place on plate with chips and add cheese and sour cream if you fancy.
You can throw it in the oven and grill the cheese and chips for a treat! And you're done!

You can change brands and adapt to what works for your family. It's all about finding the right flavour combination! :D You can easily add two cans and will only need to double Cumin powder and Sweet Chilli but taste it (let your kiddies try too) first cause you might like it the way it is. I've sometimes done the Oak beans and a 4 bean mix to mix it up. It's my turn to dinner meal when I can't be arsed and have no time. .  or patience for cooking! Let me know how you get on if you give it a go. I don't think you'll be dissapointed!

INFACT!
I think I might just do this for dinner tonight.
Writing about it has made me crave a plate of goodness!
